Coastal X Barneck Jaguars

Yasser Mar 26, 2008 02:20 PM

One of our female Barnecks produced follicles this season and I decide to let one of our Ornates Banded Jaguars get ahold of her. They have copulated 7 times that I was able to see over the last couple of weeks. I sure hope she ovulates!

Yasser,

Now that will be a very interesting pairing with a more then interesting end result. I wish you the best. I have always thought a bar neck and a retic would make a GREAT pairing as well. After seeing the ball/burm I believe just about anything is possible. Because it is !!!

Thanks for the comments guys! The barneck girl is dark and fat so we'll see if she ovulates!
But regarding the Ball X Burm babies, they are growing well from what I have seen on the guys site. One or two have heads ALOT like an African Rock Python. Hmmm.
It's funny because posterior half of my Angolans look like the posterior half of P.sebae and P.s. natalensis!

well from what I have seen the albino ones are just albino burms. The others are def burm/balls. Simply put the dam had multiple sirs and I hear the ball sir was an albino, so the ones that are burm/ball are het for burm albinism and ball albinism, because if they where compatible they would be albino neonates.

I am going by what I hear on the ball father being homo albinism in its phenotype however, but the albino ones he claims to be burm/balls look to me to be just reg albino burms.

So it is not just me who sees it that way.

Good!!!

That's the way it is even if the ball father isn't an Albino.

Then they are just het for burm albinism, it would be more interesting if they are het for both forms cause they both could be exhibited at the same time and make something even MORE bizarre then the "freaks" they already are. This is a good thing !!! LOL!!

The Ball was regular and the Burmese was Albino Lab.

So those hybrids are het for albino and lab. As if they are not an oddity as they are they have the potential to make some interesting progeny themselves. Since many are proving not to be mules only time will tell. They are way out there as is. (smiles)

The ball sir was a normal ball, not an albino. The two burms, male and female were albino labyrinths.
