Wow, thats... pretty sad, especially when you have a frilled yourself. I wonder whats wrong with it, looks like it had a tumor or was that its spine? The wierdest thing is that the guy is posting a video of his frilled eating a mouse like it looks normal or something. But to your earlier question, I use bed a beast here and there and i have seen mold form under a log. Its sl.something that is in a small little place, occurs after about half a month and is very easy to get rid of. Im sure its not that big of a heath hazard as long as you spot the stuff early on.
This video is posted on youtube. he says in his description that it was caused do to improper lighting which is now fixed. however the frilly will stay like that but is doing ok he says.
