Can anyone help me? i'm trying to set up a tank for a stink pot that is roughly 2-3 inches i have a 20 gallon tank right now. if you have picture those would help too.

I have gravel with an undergravel filter. It works okay, especially if you feed them in another container. I have it about half full with a cork log but they never get on it. It looks good if you set it up naturally it's just a pain to clean it out.
