Well Im guessing they won't eat because they are in a new invirement but I would just like to know if this is normal for plated lizards to do this . Also what is the best food for them to eat .

What type of Plated Lizards do you have? What are you keeping them in? What are the ambient and basking spot Temperatures? And what are you feeding them?
Certain times of year and acclimation periods some species will refuse food. Let me know the answers and I will try to help you.
