we keep and produce all of our Rhacodactylus almost exclusively on the Repashy Superfoods diet ( same as T-rex product). It is just a powder mixed with water. The only additional food ours see on occasion is a few B. dubia or B. lateralis roaches every now and then.

CGD (Crested Gecko Diet) or MRP version as mentioned before is a complete meal system. You can raise from cradle to grave and even breeders on nothing more than ample supply of it.

For our geckos we tend to supplement crickets (gutloaded and dusted as you would for a leo, in fact, the T-Rex leo multivitamin supplement is the most recommend for cresteds) for our juvis about once a week instead of that meal of CGD. Not necessary, but we feel it helps them grow and the weekly Jurassic Park raptor feeding scene is worth the price of admission. I think almost everyone here has those rustling leaves stories.

Just wondering how people are liking the 2 part CGD and what flavour your geckos like the most? I bought the rose flavour, but have decided to go back to the one part as I don't think they're really that impressed with it and the one part is cheaper.

i've only tried apricot and blueberry that a friend gave me a while ago and mine prefer the original so i see no reason to buy the 2-part, it's also a hassle to weigh it when you are not feeding crickets.

repashy has actually just changed the base flavor from banana to a blend of rose, mango and strawberry - the top 2 favorites and his own personal choice. so i will just be sticking with the 1-part.
