Are they going through mesh or are they IN the enclosure?

Also, if they are in the enclosure you really only need 1 UVB light. (Reptiles go in and out of the UVB lights all day so if they have no where to get out of the UVB, it could be a bad thing).

If you want more light. Go with the 10.0 and a 2.0. 2.0's are basically just brighter light, with no UVB basically (So little if any it won't matter)

It depends on the distance the basking spot is from the bulbs. The microwatts per sq. inch from those bulbs is equivalent to a bright day at about 4 inches from the surface of the bulb and probably produces enough UVB for your lizard at a distance no greater than 20 inches away from them. In most cases it is safe/beneficial to run both

definetily not. it might not be enough, they only go down 12 inches so if your lizard is spending most of his time on the ground that is givign him nothing. i use mercury flood lamps for my dragons and they work amazing and work as a source of uvb and also as a basking bulb.
