Lizard in Tulsa, Oklahoma

I found this guy at the Tulsa zoo,he is wild,not captive. Can anyone help meidentify him, I think it is a broad headed skink, but I'm not sure

Definitely an adult male of one of the five-lined skinks, but probably not a broadhead. Most likely Plestiodon fasciatus (Common Five-lined Skink).

Yes, the five lined skinks commonly exhibit a reddish head as they mature with age. Broad heads tend to have a more obtrusive head with obvious flare. The only other option would be a Gilbert's skink and they are isolated in California. Tep...I agree, I think it's a common five lined skink.
