Unknown water snake lives by lake

This is unknown water snake imagine common water snake. We see it here and there while we fish.

Hey! Saw this on the NANFA forum,and I couldn't figure it out then either. Do you have any more photos of it?

My husband posted it there also .
He has 4 or 5 different pictures of it different angles will ask him to post them .

My best guess is that it is a very very dark Florida water snake (smae species as in the post above this one). But I wouldn't put any money on it.
