hey I don't have any fat tails right now but I used to keep them and was good friends with a breeder in NM. Exact specific info on your setup would help. Here are some basics though 80 degrees is all you need during the day in a tank they NEED 70-80% humidity. Straight sand wont cut it neither will that bull [bleep] fake grass stuff. 25% sand and 75% bed'a'beast or eco-earth is great lots of wooden hides. Vitamins, calcium, and if the wont eat you may have to begin force feeding (i only had to do that once for about a week with this one little male i had I have also never owned any WC so if yours are then get them to a vet. Please post exact info on your setup and be honest so you can recieve proper advice. Best of luck fat tails are really awesome animals I wish i could find some for sale around here.

If she's losing flesh with her shed, my first concern would be to get her to the vets and find out why. If it's just a husbandry issue he/she should be able to tell. Good luck.

Sounds like you are having humidity problems with the fattails. I use to spray 1/2 of my cages down and mix the water into the potting soil substrate and I never really had any shedding issues. They like it dark and the temperature needs to be right. A warm hide area and a cooler hide area are a must.

Hope this helps you out a little bit.
