My yellow-bellied slider is very lethargic, just sits on his tanning rock all day and barely moves to get his food. I think I'm doing everything right, but I'm not sure what's going on with him. Any suggestions?

I've not kept aquatics so I won't be much help but I do know that turtles can get infections that will stop them from eating. Has this turtle seen a vet? Sick turtles should be seen by one. Mine sees one every year wether they are sick or not-it's good to have them checked yearly. There is a great book (FREE) on aquatic turtles at lulu.com. Check it out (do a search) and download it. Has lots of health info.
