Help...what just happened

so i recently put my 2 females and a male in the same cage... all was working out well until tonight when i came home and one female was biting the other females head. i seperate them immediately and notice that one of the females...genitals I guess are fully exposed . I have no idea what to do. right now the 2 geckos are in 2 different cages. I didnt think females fought with eachother. Can some one help/

sooo I just watched a video of geckos mating and i think thats what happened and when i bought the one female it was sexed wrong and is infact a male...I watched the breeding video and that is exactly what just happened.

haha yea its a male. youre lucky one of them didnt end up dead thpugh, with the other male and all.

wow, if you can't tell what an adult male looks like, perhaps you shouldn't be breeding? there are a lot of sites which show how to sex a gecko, even before sexual maturity when it is outwardly/visibly obvious.

I completely agree. If you can't sex your own gecko, and you don't CHECK before putting them together, then you shouldn't be breeding them.

I don't even have my first cresties yet and know the difference between the males and females. I go to some local pet shops that sell them and practice looking and whatnot. (totally lame, I know, XD)
