Could two Candoia carinata carinata be kept together for their whole life, provided that the cage has 2 hides per snake (at each end)?

ok now my other question; is a 29 gallon too small for doing that? the reason I am asking is that I have 2 females in a 29 gallon terrairum and one is not eating (and has not sence january) she has lost weight and I am worried about weather or not keeping them together is the problem.

It may not be the problem, but it is a problem. Seperate them until you stabilize and establish the nonfeeding female on her on. It will be easier seperately and it will allow you to monitor the feeding female for any issues as well.

29 GALLON TOO SMALL?....I HAVE KEPT 10 OF THEM IN A CAGE THAT SIZE....THEY ARE ONLY 20 INCHES LONG ON AVERAGE...SEPARATE THE NON FEEDER AND TRY LIVE TREEFROGS OR HOUSE GECKOS....JC

would an anole work as well? or do I need tree frogs or house geckos?

anole may work, you could also try a different type of mouse. my female only goes after nonalbino mice due to the scents being different.
best of luck
and absolutely gorgeous snake jerry
