P. grandis eating own eggs?

quickfast May 18, 2008 07:38 PM

Earlier today my female giant day gecko was holding onto a pair of eggs with her back legs. Now, I just checked on her again and the eggs are nowhere to be seen in the cage. Is it possible that she or the male in with her ate the eggs? If so, what can cause this. Thanks.
