Sometimes this can be caused by dehydration but more often its caused by a calcium imbalance.

What brand and type (linear/tube or compact) UVB light is used? How long has the present UVB light been used?

What brands of supplements do you use and how often for each?

What brand and type (linear/tube or compact) UVB light WAS being used?

Does the light pass through glass or plastic?

Could you post some pictures please?

How how often do you use the supplement?

I WAS USING 15W EXO-TERRA TUBE LIGHT,IT ONLY PASSED THROUGH MESH.I GIVE SUPPLEMENT ON HIS CRICKETS ONCE A WEEK.

IMHO once a week for calcium supplements is not enough. I dust at most feedings because most feeder insects have a poor ratio of calcium to phosphorous. Gutloading and feeding the insects a nutritious diet is also important.

Appropriate temperatures help with proper digestion...so that plays a part too.
