Eastern Worm Snake Diet In Captivity

roguewave May 29, 2008 07:00 PM

Has anyone kept a worm snake? I researched that they eat earthworms, termites, fly larvae and slugs in the wild. If anyone has any info on captive care, mainly diet, I would really appreciate it.

Easily one of the worst snakes to keep in captivity...
You'll never see them.
If you go looking for them, you'll scare the crap out of them.
Basically, a good bit of dirt, moss, stuff like that, maybe some flat rocks.
And just throw worms in every once and a while.

lol how true I see them after big downpours of rain for seconds or so than they go right back under.

They are cute but cant imagine even being able to feed them over long term as to tiny.
