I just got this one on Sunday...

& on Wednesday I thought I would see what would happen if I put it in the same cage as my other coachwhip...here is what happened within minutes : D

WOW! Lot of luck going around there. LOL. I guess they're both WC?

I'm learning that no two of these guys look alike. Lots of variation. The one I caught the other day is mostly reddish all the way to its nose.

Congrats!

Yes on the WC, I do not think anyone is breeding these. If they happen to produce, that would be great. There are plenty of people that I can gift them to ; )

Wow, Jerry!
That male is absolutely stunning! I've always liked piceus - in my opinion, they are nicer than even the reddest testaceus.
I once kept a male, black phase piceus and it was a heartbreaking day when he died. He was one of the most inquisitive, intelligent, and interesting snakes I have had the pleasure to keep.

Anyway, that's my piceus rant. I wish you the absolute best of luck with your charges, and I hope your female drops a clutch of healthy eggs!

Wow,

Be sure to keep track of all that info! I am working with testaceus, it has gone very good as well! Jerry if you ever get extras and want some westerns for reds, send me an email greenpinemuseum@yahoo.com.
Best,
William
