Been incubating a little over two months. Are the cracks normal? They just appeared maybe yesterday or so..

I'm no expert, or even a breeder, but I think as long as no fluid is draining out of them that you should let them be.

I've seen usually people just let eggs be no matter what, with as little disturbance as possible, until they are obviously infertile, like growing mold or whatnot.

those are not 'cracks' but cuts from the crested gecko's egg tooth. You should have baby crested geckos in the next day or two.
