it looks like water edmema which is a kidney disease caused by husbandry, improper diet and over supplementation, hope the vet can take care of things for you!

well i bought him off a guy that had fed him mice only... this sucks.

im sorry to hear that, feeding them only mice destroys their livers because of all the fat that comes from the mice
