2 male Knights?

Chuck H. Jul 14, 2008 09:16 PM

So, I bought 3 Knights from Manny last May (07). One of them was smaller and seemed to be picked on so was housed solo. These 2 got along just fine. But, they're huge now! Both have huge heads and canthal ridges (bumps at the back of the head) which is a sign of being a male according to Dr. Zainal Haberham from the Anolis Contact Group. Both are easily SVL 7" and are doing great, eating well and seem to be thriving. No aggression what so ever though and no apparent hemi-penal bulges at the base of the tail. So here are some pics, give me your thoughts...

Here's some solo pics of them. By the way, they are in a 4' high, 4' long, 2' wide CagesByDesign enclosure.

Yours are stunning we have a few in yard see them once in awhile but scrappy looking nothing like yours.

I notice they love the sun the ones I see in yard when I do see them its basking in hotest area of yard on wooden fence top.

I have saw one once with an anole in its mouth which was surprising considering they move like snails compared to reg anoles .
