hello i was just curious as to how big cresteds get as adults, i have always been more of a snake guy and beardies are the only lizards i have owned so far. just wondering if anybody has any pictures of an adult next to something like a dollar bill, for size comparison? thanks guys...

I don't have any pics handy with that size comparison, but mine's maybe 2/3 or 3/4 of the length of a dollar bill from nose to butt, with her tail being about that long again.

I believe the average is 4"-5" SVL, with again almost as much for a tail. Best I have is a really blurry picture with her belly hanging through, but here is my girl on a standard parrot ladder, 7cm wide. I'd wager she's really close to 4.5" SVL, she's not much for holding still near rulers!

i have a pic of my largest male on top of a math text book. itll give size comparison, but is a poor pic due to the fact that the book is bright red.
