Leucism X Albino = what

how familiar are ya'll with the pink eyed lucy texas rats?my mom has bred them for the last 6 yrs.she started out with an adult pair,don't remember where she got them.the first time she bred them,all she got was regular lucys.the second time,she had 3 pink-eyes out of 15 total.the ratio's been about the same since then,roughly 1/5 of the clutch has been pink-eyed.would that count as albino luecistic?

Looks like a Leustistic. The eye color is not like an albino(pink/red) But it could be a mix because of the skin color im not really sure
