New Dumerils Boa

pathigdon Jul 20, 2008 09:30 AM

This my new female Dumerils Boa. Her age is known. She was found a couple of years ago in the Piedmont, Oklahoma area and promptly rescued. I was fortunate enough to be choosen to give her a permanent home about a week ago.

I was more than happy to have been choosen to get her. She is an absolutely beautiful snake. I am 6ft 1in tall. She is easily 8ft long. I haven't measured her yet, I want her to settle in to her new surroundings before I do that.

I figured as much (8 plus feet). A lot of dumerils stay smaller, she has the big gene going on!!!1
