Geomyda Spengleri

rgctom Aug 20, 2008 08:23 PM

Can the Geomyda Splengeri be trained to eat commercial dry food, or mix-to-feed type of foods? I don't like to have to keep live insects to feed them. I would like to know what dry food can they be trained to eat as a primary food source.

Such a special unique turtle , I would no way have commercial food as primary source . The key is natural and variety .

Hello,
I used to get WC imports feeding on "Reptomin", and "Mazuri", dry, right out of a dish. So yes, they will eat these foods. But I would suggest some live and fresh foods as well.
