Cherry head with cut on head, help

buddys Aug 26, 2008 08:50 PM

I have a cherryhead with a cut on his head from my larger redfoot, the cut it on the center of his head were it is hard from the bone. Well my question is the bone is showing alittle and I want to know if it will heal with new skin? My guess is it will but will take a long time. The cut is about 1/16" round, small cut but it still bugs me.

Please reply, Thankyou

You might apply a topical ointment to the site. If it is on the top of the head as you suggest, keeping the area clean is about the only practical method of helping.
But, I have had numerous injuries over the years to my animals and you will be surprised at how tough they are.
