Holding Hand Up...

Kuitsuku Aug 29, 2008 08:54 AM

My veiled chameleon has been holding her hand/arm up for a while now. She still walks around the cage and uses it willingly, but while standing on her stick she'll keep it up and move it around, like she's stretching her hand. I'm not sure if this has been seen before or not, but I'm worried she's feeling pain.

Do you feed her mice?
What do you feed to the insects?
What insects do you feed her?

Off-topic...does she have a suitable place to dig to lay eggs in her cage?

Never have fed her mice, I feed fluker's orange cubes to the crickets and and occasional apple (to them and my chameleon). She usually gets 4 crickets a day, 3 mealworms in her cup a day (when I actually have mealworms) and I usually buy wax worms once a month as a treat.

She has two deep plants to dig in currently.
