As it seems that in Daytona was no any hybrid available, so here is pic of Pastel king I have bought from UK Hybrids.. his name is Paul (guess why) and is in excellent shape. He made it very easily to my Top Ten favourite snakes I keep

Thanks In fact I had never seen kingsnake (may be except one of my own) in such excellent shape/condition before. Paul from UKH is very nice man, it was quite pleasure to meet him and his brother Rick.

Just two three weeks to my last Pastel King clutch (6 eggs) to hatch..

Do you work with other hybrids besides the pastel kings?

Nope, just Pastels And even term "work with" is quite more than it is in reality.. I just bought quite a lot of Pastels from three different sources (and plan yet to buy from another one) and breed them.

I would like/plan to set up largest Pastel King breeding colony on the Earth Something between 35-50 full adults and try to get from them as much as possible regarding colors and patterns Briefly.. I have fallen in love...

No any other hybrid/snake got so much of my attention. Of course some of corn x thayeri and other hybrids are very beautiful and attractive too, but for me it's too much.. as it is between genuses, plus mostly they are not stable traits yet.. Pastels which I have are in fact almost 100% thayeri with albino gene borrowed from ruthveni

You know, I'm not gonna say that I will not try to really work with hybs in future but not in nearest years as I'm quite greenhorn in snakebreeding, my first snake (not counting natrix natrix when I was ten) I bought in Jan05.. But I'm gonna to focus only on Pastels now Plus pure thayeri. The others (ltca, lpp, lpk2 and lra) I will keep only in one 1,2 breeding group, except lpk2 where I plan 3,7.

Ooops.. sorry for such long answer... Probably my childhood's intentions to be writer somhow made it to get through.. )
