hey i recently bought a baby diamback turtle its a nice turtle but a picky eater, doesnt eat baby turtle tetra pellets there like greyish pellets, then i bought wardly turtle pellets he took one bite and never bothered with it again. i know turtles live of a yolk sack but mine is almost a month old. BUTTT it does eat raw chicken and any other raw meats i know this isnt a good diet. if anyone knows anything i can do to get my turtle to eat the pellets i would really appreciate. im just thinking of leaving the pellets there when it eats it eats but idk. albert.r.d@hotmail.com thank u

try making a mix of both of those [ellets, and some dried shrimp and baby krill.make the mix roughly half pellets and half dried stuff.
one question-is the turtle captive born,or wild caught?if it's wc,i've always had to use brackish water to get them to eat.if it's cb,that should'nt matter.good luck!
