Pictus morphs

reptilz Sep 10, 2008 08:05 PM

Have been out of pictus breeding for a while and am thinking of getting back into them. What pattern and color morphs are available now? When I had them, only stripes and normals were readily available. There were rumors of albinos and hypos, but never saw them. Would appreciate any help. This would be a great chance to show off your pics too!

I got my hands on some het. for xanthic juveniles awhile back and, well, heres the results. These 2 were brothers (both male) and, miraculously, I have never seen even the slightest bit of aggression from either of them towards the other. I recently put one of these 2 in with a female, and never have I witnessed a gentler mating taking place... They are real sweethearts.
(Sorry the pics arent better - camera isnt the best)

Heres one of the parents, shortly after they arrived.

The first picta I ever got - Chico (male) ; Age: Approx. 4 years
