sorry there are 3 posted i use photobucket for my images and dont know how to post multiple pics from photobucket to here there is only 1 image url box anyway thats my new iguana looking at it i think its a male instead of female like i was told but im not certain also i know there called green iguanas but mines more red than green by the way i ordered both those books should be here tomorrow or the next day well one of them will be tomorrow or the next day the other said allow up to 1 buisness week anyway thanks for the help hope you can figure out what sex i have from the photos

are males smaller than females like they are in the snakes i keep doesnt matter i want to give the lizard a good home just curious what the adult size is or if he is grown already when people say up to 6 feet im sure that measurement is including the tail he is already about 4 and 1/2ft

I would be lead to believe its a boy. Altho the pores are pretty small, the head structure is all boy.

BTW that is just a plain ole green iguana. Orange coloration is common in some localities.

Unlike snakes, the males will get much larger than the females, however with his previous poor care, he will probably be a bit stunted.
