Hi. I havent had my turtles for too long and one of them is shedding. He is definately going to shed but its been a few weeks and he hasent made any progress. How long does it usually take?

what do you mean progress? Please describe the situation. If the shell sheds you will see the results in the water. With the skin you might see skin shreds on the turtles neck and legs but if you have proper filtration you wont find it in the water. With the turtle being in the water most of the time it will just basically melt off leaving little evidence of shed. As long as the turtle is active feeding and growing there should be no concern.
