I decided to take a little detour from an evening walk last night to check out the retention pond down near my apartment complex (I live in the Dallas Texas area). I figured I'd see some bullfrogs and maybe a blotched watersnake or two, but kept thinking it would be really cool to find a razorback musk. I shook off that dream and kept looking for blotched waters instead. That is until I found this guy sitting about 20' from the pond on a concrete embankment.
