My baby tort eats its own poop. Why is this? What should I do. Its mouth is the same color as its bum. Is this harmfull

This is not uncommon. They do it to get nutrients that they need more of or are lacking in their diet. Just make sure you are giving them a nice diverse diet of weeds and grasses and they should be fine.
