I've been feeding my horned frogs, budgett's frog, colorado river toad and surinam giant red spotted toad 5 crickets, 5 times/week.
Is this too much?

Depends on the size and age of the animals. My juvie horned frogs eat a half dozen nightcrawlers and a few roaches nightly with rodents as the occasional treat. My budgetts eat about the same. I don't keep the others you mentioned though. Keep in mind that they will slow down on the feedings as they age.
