WEIRD SPOTS ON RED TEGU (PICS)

I got this Red Tegu shipped to me today and was curious what these spots could be...any thoughts??? opinions welcome...

that looks like it could be burn marks to me. Maybe he was under a heat pad and it got really which burnt him in several places.

I replied to you on another forum. It looks like a dermatitis, either fungal or bacteria. It's not in a proper place to be a burn, nor does it have the look of a burn. Dermatitis (skin infection) results in raised patches, crusty or scabby patches that may be moist underneath. It will require meds to treat, but different meds depending on whether it is bacterial or fungal. The humidity may be too high. I'd start with weak Betadine soaks and if you have Tresaderm from a dog or cat, that may help.
