How big are your female african bullfrogs? Mine seems to be staying at around 4 to 4 and a half inches long. She has doubled in size since last spring. I know the males get huge I'm talking about the females.

That's about right. They can get bigger than that, but not by much. My largest female is about 5 1/2".

I think the males are big enough to eat the females. I'm suprised they don't.

Aw great site thanks. By the way do you ever feed rodents to your 5 1/2 inch female if so what size? I never have to mine but maybe I should on occassion.

Yes, I feed rodents to almost all of my frogs once they are big enough to eat them. I would feed fuzzies to them to prevent any harm to my frogs.
