I have 7 viper gecko eggs that stink. I have hatched well over a 100 turtles and a few leopard gecko eggs and never had this problem. I have leopard eggs in the same incubator that smell fine. Any Ideas????

If they stink they might be bad. Candle them and see what they look like inside.
Keep an eye on your humidity levels too - Ive had alot of trouble with that in my picta eggs, and it tends to lead to a gnarly stink.
If you dont notice any issue, be wary about disposing of them - Ive heard numerous stories of people who throw away a batch of 'rotten' eggs, only to find that at least one of them wasnt bad off afterall.
Thanks for the replies. My humidity was very high, I just hope it didn't harm the eggs
