I was helping my wife with the gardening this weekend and turned over a small waterfall to empty the old water. There was a nice little pinewoods snake. I just held him a bit then released him back into my garden. It was probably one of these that I let go here a couple of years ago.

They are not bad if you live where you can get small anoles and wood frogs.
