Here is my favorite pyro I produced last year-('07) its a F-1 Black Range, NM pyro from 2 legally wc adults. This snake is pretty much the same size even a year old, its a strict lizard feeder with every trick to switch so far. Still, one of my favorite pyros I've hatched,

Very nice! I like the little black "mustache" on it's snout!
What species of lizards are you feeding it?

I use Uta, Sceloporous, Elgaria, Eumeces, pretty much anything that is of size for them I use.

Yeah, the mustahce is my favorite trait on them. I have a group of 2.4, of those I have 1.2 WC, which the mother of the baby I posted has a perfect mustache identical to the baby posted, but the wc male has a bit of black flecking, and my other wc female shows the same but more flecking, like a half stahce. Then my other 1.2 are all F-1's-(including the the baby posted, but the other pair are adults now and both have a perfect stache) they are from my wc male X a diff. wc female than the 2 I have, so its a nice group. I was really BUMMED this year when I got no eggs out of them....oh well. I'm hoping '09 will yield better results on them. Once warm weather is back and I snap pics of all my group, I'll post them up. They are by far my favorite pyros,
jeff

beautiful neonate! are the white bands really that clean in real life or is it due to the camera? (most cameras can not pick up the slightly buff off white coloring, so it makes the buff off white bands whiter than they are) i love the high contrast coloring but do not care for the mustashe. do you have individuals that lack the mustashe but retain the high contrast coloring?

Jeff, that is one killer pyro you have there. Do you have pics of the rest of the clutch. I, and I am sure others as well, would love to see them. Thanks.
