Thorny Devil Lizards...??

OldWorldExotics Dec 24, 2008 03:55 AM

Hey guys, I've seen pictures of Thorny Devil Lizards popping up all over the place but I have never seen one on sale. I know they are indigenous to Australia but I have never seen one. Are they illegal to import or what?
Thanks.

Everything is illegal to import from Australia, which really sucks! They maybe available from somewhere else though, I've never really looked into it.

I have never seen them for sale, aside from being protected they are difficult to keep. They are ant eaters, and very sensitive, if you do not have a successful history with horn toad lizards and old world chamleons, don't even think about these. Probably on the top ten of difficult species to keep.
