are there any fresh water tort that looks like salt water torts...?? I mean no nails...

Im not sure if I completely understand your question buy you may want to look at the Fly River turtle. I think that is what you are describing...

I am currently in the US Navy, so unfortunetly I have sold off my collection of herps. But over the years have kept many different species of turtles, geckos, lizards, amphibs, and even fish. Looking forward to getting back in the hobby once im out though!

I fond some for sale... but 10"... and $1,100.00 USD each..

kind of big and expensive...

is there any other turtle like this..?? cheaper...

Yeah, they are expensive. I dont know of anyother freshwater species that looks similar to the Fly River turtle. I would just keep an eye out in the Kingsnake Classifieds...

yes, I saw a couple in KS classifieds... but 1100-1200... I´ll have to save some more money, I want a pair of them...
