ok so i have a planted 20 gal. long with bromeliads,ferns and such and i was wondering what i could put in it. i was doing a ton of reasearch on dart frogs. but im not sure if i want to breed fruit flies. is there anything else i can put in there?

Here's my recipe for fruit fly cultures, they are really easy to make once you get the hand of it.

If you don't want to breed flies there are many species of frogs that would do well in your setup. You could get some small treefrogs (clown, reed, ect) or if you don't mind adapting the tank a little, fire bellied toads are really great frogs. They will need a small water area, so you might have to add that, but I keep mine mostly terrestrial with a small pool, and they great.
