if I knew someone with a goog camera I would but I dont. I dont even own a computer this is my boyfriends I'm using. thanks anyway Im trying my best

If your camera has a flash make sure that it goes off. It looks like you are trying to take the photos under existing light, which is low, and that causes a slow shutter speed leading to the really bad photos.

this may require that you read a manual a little bit and then push a button a few times.

Other alternative - put the lizard next to a sunny window. Bright light = high shutter speed = sharp photo.

Well I think the pics are almsot adequate to make a good guess, if you could just hepl me out. If the green one is uniformly green patterned on top then it will be a green lizard: Lacerta viridis ssp. If there is a brown blotched like 'stripe' running down the top of its back, then it will be a Lacerta viridis ssp. This is an assumption, but I think that lizard is far too large to be L. viridis. They will reach about 6-7 inches max generally. How large is yours? They both can be kept the same, so its not vital for the animlas well being you do not know for the moment, but better pics would be appreciated.

Also, if the green lizard has any hint of bluish coloration on his throat, then they are certainly L. viridis.

the one thats mostly green has 2-3 brown stripes down its back and small white spots on its sides. the belly is a yellowish green

The best thing you can do is search for them on Google (they are also called sand lizards or agile lacertas/lizards) That's all I can say I'm afraid
