I write from Europe. I will be in June 7-18 in Arizona. Is it possible to see rattlesnakes at that time, or the weather is too hot for them? I will be in surrounding of Tucson.

It is possible. A better time is late July and early August right after the monsoon season. But if you look hard enough I can near guarantee you'll find something.
