I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a Mossy Gecko U. Sikorae with a full dorsal Stripe? Does anyone think it could be genetic?
I have pics if anyone is interested...email me at

Thanks

there is a lot of diversity within practically all of the uroplatus species. but yea, there are a good number of striped sikorae out there, but from what i've seen they're always male, so it's likely more of a sexual dimorphism thing than genetic. that's not to say that if you want to produce striped male offspring, having a striped male breeder wouldn't be a good idea...
Thanks! the one I have is indeed a male...
ALWAYS good to see you, hows it going? Any new uroplatus?
