Pixie wart or?

I aquired a lg Pixie but on his hind feet there are little cauliflower protuberences not many but a couple ,Has anyone seen this b4 and diagnosed it

Temps, humidity, substrate, diet, anything you can tell us in details might help to figure out the problem.

lso how old is the frog? How long have you had it, and how long has it had this condition?

Also, can you post another shot of the full frog please? It's hard to tell exactly where the wound is at. Is it on a toe, or the actual foot?

That does not look right. It looks like some sort of tumor. It could be an infection, or it could be some sort of tumor. I would try some antibiotics available from tropical fish stores and see if it helps. Put the antibiotics in the water that the frog stays and follow the dosage recommened for fish. If it is an infection, it would probably clear up after treatment with antibiotics. If it is tumor or other sorts of infection, like a viral infection, then it may be hopeless for the frog. In any case, quarantine the animal so it won't spread to any other.
