Feeding Questions

wardster Mar 10, 2009 09:04 PM

Just picked up a pair of "vents" recently and have them in a 10 gallon viv. My question is about feeding them. When they were in a smaller "starter tank" I observed them eating immediately. Now the 10 seems so huge I don't know if they're still as eager to eat because it's not so sudden as with the smaller tank. Is there any way of knowing that they are eating just the same? A bunch of fruit flies can get lost pretty easy in a ten.

That can be a problem with froglets and juvy thumbnails, but if you feeding them every or every other day you should not have anything to be worried about.

Have you tried feeding springtails? they are extremely easy to culture and you can seed the tank with them.
