if i order from someone and my animals have to be shipped thru the airlines like delta for example,what do i do?does the seller give me a flight # and i go to the airport when it gets in?how does the process work from start to finish?

Pretty much. The seller should give you the flight numbers and the airway bill number. You just go to the cargo facility an hour or so after the flight arrives, show them your ID, sign the airway bill, and you are on your way.
