Can anyone tell me exactly wat kind of lizard this is plz i`ve been told it was an iguana, a water dragon and a sailfin i`m not sure wat it is and want to know.

It's a really bad pic [no offense] but it's likely a Calotes or Gonyocephalus of some type.....

Not Gonocephalus. I´d guess Calotes emma or some Acanthosaura. Do you have a better pic?
