This is a picture of my other female. Does anyone know what morph she is?? Her name is Snickers.

She is very nice also. Is she really a lavender color?

Yes, she changes between different hues of light blue, gray, lavender, dark gray and almost black. It is amazing the amount of color she can change. Just like a chameleon. We acquired her from a friend that had about 20, and I checked back with him about 6 months later, and all of his died, so she was the lucky one. She was supposed to be a male too, so we got double lucky. She just laid eggs and are incubating right now, so we are pretty excited.

I don't post much but ALL of his died? Does he know why? This should raise a HUGE red flag for you about her, and if you did not when first acquiring her you should have a fecal done and be sure to give her a good diet. 'Cause 20 cresteds dieing is a LOT.

He admitted it was poor husbandry. Not really any interest, and no time. The one I have is doing just great. Over a year old, mated, laid eggs, and we will see what happens. Thank you for the concern.

Yeah, me too, especially since he had what looked to be a super tiger female that he wouldn't sell to me for obvious reasons! And he said that he wouldn't sell me a female, again for obvious reasons, and low and behold the one he sold me turned out to be a female, and one of the prettiest iv'e seen aside from the moonglows and reds...lol He acquired them on a SUPER trade deal, so he didn't really know what he had which is why I tried to get the tiger, but I ended up with a very pretty GIRL non-the-less..lol Our friendship has suffered because of things like this. I still consider him a friend, but I never call him anymore. Hes just one of those guys that takes on too many projects and some end up suffering. It is sad.
