Possible internal parasites

I'm pretty sure my pyxie has some sort of internal parasites
I seen in his feces small white worm-like things in it
I've never had an issue with internal parasites before so I'm not to sure what they look like but does this sound like parasites to anyone?
I know people use panacur but does it matter what kind?
Also anyone know the dosing to treat them or how long?
I really would appreciate some info
